In 2013, the company invested more than 1.7 million yuan. The first company purchased the first high- and low-speed bearing simulation test machine in the same industry in China. It is controlled by computer and can apply continuous load for life test. It can also apply rectangular wave load for wire rolling. In the simulation test, the main technical indicators cover the rolling speed and rolling force requirements of the 5th and 6th finishing mills of Morgan.


The heavy-duty high-speed and low-speed bearing testing machine of the finishing mill is tested by the load spectrum, the rotational speed requirement and the temperature working condition of the computer-controlled spindle bearing and the various working performances are evaluated. The test machine has the characteristics of high speed and heavy load.


The test mechanism adopts a bridge structure, and each part of the assembly and disassembly parts adopts a split structure, and the mechanical design structure is simple, and the assembly and disassembly is convenient. The loading of the load adopts the stepping motor loading mode, and the spindle speed is selected from advanced technologies such as high-power motor and electric spindle. Faults can be automatically identified and stopped during the test.
