Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the management of production operations to ensure that production operations are completed in an orderly, timely and quality manner;

2. Responsible for the on-site 5S management work in the region, and follow up on the improvement of the bad points;

3. Supervise the quality management behavior of employees in the region and supervise the improvement of quality problems;

4. Assist technicians to balance production capacity reasonably and effectively, increase labor productivity and reduce production costs;

5. Cooperate with the production supervisor to do other work, including personnel deployment, training guidance, incentives, evaluation and assessment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical and automation related fields;

2. Be serious and responsible, have good execution and teamwork spirit;

3, diligent, able to endure hardship, have patience, be good at interpersonal communication, and be able to adapt to shift work.

Salary: The monthly salary is more than 5,000 yuan
